7 – 7:30pm:  Mick Garrold of MIIA to review FY12 health insurance rates with Select Board and Finance Committee

7:30 – 7:45pm:  Steve Pullen

7:45pm:
  • Approve 3.7.11 minutes
  • Administrative items, write correspondence, review mail, review weekly employee reports, etc.
  • Discuss Verizon pole hearing request documents and possibly sign
  • Discuss solutions to concerns regarding the joint pole request on Tyringham Rd (hearing was continued on 2/28/11 – National Grid to meet with Director of Operations)

If, after warning from the presiding officer, a person persists in disorderly behavior, said officer may order him to withdraw from the meeting, and, if he does not withdraw, may order a constable.
